Calvary Chapelhas been formed
as a fellowship

of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We do this through: the teaching of God's word, book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse. Through fellowship with one another, through the worship of God, and through praying to God.

Calvary Chapelis a nondenominational
church

we are not opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ. We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.

Bible Study Resources

"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Tithes and Offerings

"The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work."  2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Prayer Request

"And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him." (1 John 5:14-15)

Serving One Another

“To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” (1 Cor 12:7).

Kid's and Students

Our Children’s Ministry exists to support the families of Calvary Chapel. We accomplish this by providing a healthy, safe environment and an exciting, enriching experience during our services so that children in Nursery (0-2 years old); Preschool (K3–K5); and 1st–5th grade will want to come to church. Our goal is to teach the Bible so that they can know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him.

Tech Team

The environment our congregation enters into as they walk into the auditorium goes a long way in their overall experience as they worship God together. Our goal is to present a distraction free environment where people can enter into and enjoy the worship of God. Lighting, audio, and video will often set the tone and mood to effectively worship God through prayer, singing, and the study of His Word.

Worship Team

One of the ways we worship God here at Calvary Chapel is through the Praise and Worship Team leading the congregation in the singing of songs and hymns accompanied by the playing of musical instruments. Leading the congregation in the worship of God is not about a performance, on the contrary its an opportunity to use God given talents and abilities for the glory of Jesus.

Facility Team

The facility team uses their gifts and abilities to maintain this blessing of a facility that God has entrusted us with. They clean the interior of the facility weekly, maintain the grounds keeping the lawn cut and the parking lot clean, they also change filters and make repairs as needed. Their goal is to be the best stewards of God’s resources they can be.

Care Team

The Care Team uses their gifts and abilities to show love to those in need.
“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ … ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” Jesus (Matthew 25:35)

Welcome Team

The welcome team uses their gifts and abilities to make everyone feel welcome in the house of God. From a warm greeting as you come through the door, offering coffee and refreshments, making sure your kids are checked in to their classrooms, making sure you have a great place to sit in the auditorium, keeping the thermostat set at the optimal temperature and making sure everyone has everything they need from tissues to pens, and finally they are there to discretely help clean up any spills and to gently notify folks if their phone ringing or the like is causing a distraction from the worship of God.

"Go therefore and make disciples" -Jesus

Making disciples of Jesus that in turn make disciples of Jesus, can seem overwhelming or even impossible in and of ourselves.  Thankfully Jesus did not intend for this to be an individual task. We all play a role in this life altering mission that Jesus has sent us out on.  “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.” (1 Cor 12:7). What is your role in this mission? What part does God have for you to play? Let us help you find out. Email us at  Robifland@live.com

A letter
from Pastor Rob-

Dear fellow believers in Jesus,
I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve our incredibly awesome God along side each and everyone of you. In 1 Corinthians chapter 12 the church is compared to a human body with all of the different parts working together for the good of the body. Not greater and lesser parts, just different parts with different roles all working together so the body can function in a healthy an effective manner. I am so thankful that I get to experience us working together on a daily basis; everyone of us a volunteer with nothing to gain except the furthering of the kingdom of God for all eternity. I'm still amazed that God would chose to use a bunch like us to work in and through for His glory. I’m looking forward to see what God will do through each and everyone of us working together in this exciting new chapter of Calvary Chapel.
May the Lord bless you greatly,
